leprechauns, irish men and beer!

So we had a very exciting, fun filled day! to start out... we had the st. patricks day parade! yup it was delayed because there was rain on the day it was suppose to happen. it was great! it goes right past our house on our street so we could sit on our front step and watch it! saige was busy eating stones and pick dandilions but once the music started she danced! it was so cute! there were men dressed up as leprechauns sitting on the front of a big beer truck! it was funny though cause i would say half the people were wasted yelling all kinds of things! the state police were dressed up as irish men and played the bag pips. they threw out candy, beads and hats! it was a blast! so much fun to watch. Drews favorite part was the pimped out towing truck! it even had rims! Then later we went to the beach! oh man it was cold! we went at the perfect time though because the sun was setting. i love going to the beach even if it is only for dinner. it makes you feel like you're on vacation. it was funny cause when we put saige on the sand she freaked out! i think it scared her. oh well we'll try again in the summer. i know i'm a picture freak! we just take all these pics and we have no one to share them with! so...we hope you like them! two of them are just goofy faces that saige makes but the rest are from today. i had one of saige crying after she touched the sand but mommie was in it making a crying face to and it was not pretty! haha oh ya does anyone know a way of looking up friends to see if they have a blog? like a blog search or something?

fun Fun FUN!!

so the other day was saiges first time on a swing! she absolutly loved it! she is gonna be just like mommie! we can't wait to be able to take her to an amusement park! we just got saiges one year pics taken! in ten days i'll be able to post them! they turned out great! so drew was teaching saige how to play the piano! yup just like auntie megan! it was so funny she just kept cracking up at every key he pressed! thats our little pianist!

well saturday we threw a little party for saiges 1st birthday! too bad we don't have more pics... the battery in our camera was dead! we got a few on our video camera but none that are wonderful.. yes mommie was a little disappointed! its ok though there is always next year! today is saiges actual birthday. i just can't believe this time last year we were in the hospital. crazy! Also yesterday was Easter! It was great to be home in Pa with my family. it was fun laughing with my brothers and teasing my dad!

Time in a bottle

Well i can't believe it, our little girl will be one! Where has the time gone! We are going to my parents house in PA this weekend to celebrate her birthday and Easter. I just can't get over how fast this year has past. My little brother has been out on his mission for almost a year, man oh man! How fast things change! I look back at the baby pics of Saige and i just cant believe how much she has changed! She truely makes our lives shine! Anyways... Drew has just started a new job! YES! We will FINALLY have some extra cash again oh ya and insurance. Haha He is working at FEDEX from 3am to 7am. Yes he is crazy, but he loves it. It works out good with school and our life. We have been blessed very much lately and what a perfect time of the year... Easter.
