Where were you two years ago today??

Today is our little sweethearts birthday. Man, where does the time go? Its hard to look at these pics and think that that was our Saige. Here are some things she is doing now...She can count to ten, not only in english but in spanish also, our biggest accomplishment (that's for her uncle Jared), She is talking up a storm, it sure is great for us to actually be able to ask her things and her answer us. Our favorite saying of hers right now is "I silly, ahahaha", We're trying to learn our abc but man is it long! haha She can sing along to songs not the whole thing but parts, she loves the po po (police), firetrucks and ambulances (gotta love living in the ghetto), she has no fear of anything this scares mommie, her new thing is hiding when she knows she should be cleaning up or things like that, she loves coloring, she colors different, I think, then most kids. She will scribble a sec and then start making little scribble marks like half in by half inch. Its funny to watch cause she will start to say the alphabet like thats what she's drawing. She is mommie and daddys little helper and we are soo blessed to have her sweet spirit and happy little smiles in our family. We couldn't imagine life without her. Drew took this pic of me last Sunday. I need to take more but so far this is all we got. So heres our little belly bump. We have another appt. Friday and next week we have another ultrasound! wohoo! they're always fun!

Mommies first dress.

I have been wanting to sew some things for Saige forever and I finally have done it! This is the first dress i've made for her and its about time! haha Its a sun dress for summer. I'm making her another one in red and teal. They are super cute. Thank you mommie for all the help you gave me! It turned out better then I thought.

Quick New York trip.

Drews friends came to NY this past week for 3 hours. Yes... they were there for only 3 hours. They had a lay over so we hurried jumped on the train and enjoyed the pinch of time we had with them. We love Drews friends and any 2 seconds we get with them we soak them up! I think it helps Drew with being away. haha Here are some fun pics we took on the train. Fishy for the day.

We have been taking Saige to the pool lately and she has been doing really well. A few days ago she demanded she wore her fishy. haha Her fishy as you can see is her swim suit. So for the entire day she wore her swim suit over her closes. It was so cute!

Ice cream party!

The other night Drew, Saige and I had a little ice cream party. Saige is just like her daddy and love ice cream. It was fun to get some shots of her enjoying it.

My favorite time of the year is finally here. Ok so maybe i'm a little pathetic but I love Ritas Italian Ice. For all you west coasters its the best thing ever invented! Real custard and yummy made fresh daily water ice! Oh man! I gotta go get one! My favorite is the mango gelati with twist icecream! yup i'm gonna get one.. Ohh good news... on the 20th, the first day of spring, ritas gives away free italian ice! Told ya they're the best!

Missing my bro...

I don't know what it is... that Jareds been gone for almost two years or that he'll be home in a month but i've been missing him like crazy lately! Maybe its cause of my pregnancy and wanting him to sing to my belly again. haha He used to sing I am a child of God to Saige and that has always been Saiges favorite song. I just miss him! I can't believe he's going to be home so soon! AHHH!! Of course these last few weeks are going to go soo slow! i just miss him. man oh man. I gotta stop.. my prego hormones are gonna start kicking in. sniffle!

Baby Update..

So we just had a check up today and it was great! We had an ultrasound and everything seems really good. Our baby weighs 7 oz! wow! I'm measuring at 17 weeks 2 days so i'm a little ahead then what they think but then again she could just be a big babe. Its so awesome to be able to see our little girl on the screen. She had hicups and we got to watch her bounce around in there. Man, It really makes things real. It was really nice because Drews mom and my mom were able to go with us to our visit. It was great to be able to share our excitment with them. Here are some pics... First one you can probably tell is her side view.
